These bring back memories of Steve’s Danish Grandmother. Every time he would visit she would have a plate of these tasty little morsels and every single visit Steve and his brothers would clear that plate. An old, classic family recipe.

A delicious addition to our popular vegan cookie collection.  This cookie is made with toasted coconut, banana, vegan sugar, vegan palm shortening, whole wheat flour and vegan dark chocolate drizzled all pretty-fied on top.   People request this at our local farmer's market all the time.  It's a classic cookie.
