A delicious addition to our popular vegan cookie collection.  This cookie is made with toasted coconut, banana, vegan sugar, vegan palm shortening, whole wheat flour and vegan dark chocolate drizzled all pretty-fied on top.   People request this at our local farmer's market all the time.  It's a classic cookie. Perfect with coffee or tea.
